Content Violations
- Reproducing or distributing copyrighted materials
- Creating unauthorized derivative works
- Sharing course content with non-enrolled individuals
- Recording or broadcasting live sessions without permission
- Commercial use of educational materials
Conduct Violations
- Harassment or discrimination against other users
- Fraudulent misrepresentation of credentials
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with other students' learning experience
- Misuse of course knowledge for harmful purposes
Commercial Violations
- Reselling or sublicensing course access
- Creating competing educational programs using our content
- Soliciting other students for commercial purposes
- Unauthorized use of ssecureai branding or name
- False advertising of ssecureai affiliation
5. Intellectual Property Rights

- All course materials, videos, assessments, and educational content remain property of ssecureai
- Limited license granted for personal educational use during enrollment period
- No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission
- Trademarks, logos, and branding elements are protected intellectual property
- Course methodologies and pedagogical approaches are proprietary
Student-Generated Content
- Students retain ownership of original work created for assignments
- ssecureai receives license to use student work for educational purposes
- Anonymous use of exemplary work in future course materials with permission
- Students grant rights for peer review and collaborative learning activities
- Publication or presentation of student work requires mutual agreement
Third-Party Content
Course materials may include third-party content used under license or fair use provisions. Students must respect third-party intellectual property rights and may not redistribute such content outside the educational context.
6. Payment Terms and Enrollment
Course Fees and Payment
- Course fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before course access
- Payment processing handled by secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal)
- Corporate invoicing available with 30-day payment terms for approved accounts
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue corporate accounts
- Price changes apply to new enrollments only, not existing students
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full Refund (14 days)
100% refund available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
Partial Refund (30 days)
50% refund available within 30 days if less than 50% of course content has been accessed
No Refund
No refunds after 30 days or if more than 50% of content accessed, except for documented medical emergencies
7. Service Availability and Modifications
Platform Availability
- We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but cannot warrant uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced with 48-hour advance notice
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notification
- Service disruptions exceeding 24 hours may extend course access periods
- Students receive technical support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM SGT)
Course Content Updates
- Course content updated regularly to reflect current security practices
- Major curriculum changes apply to new enrollments, not current students
- Security updates and corrections applied to all active enrollments
- Deprecated content removed with 30-day notice to active students
- New course modules may be added during enrollment period at no additional cost
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Educational Disclaimers
- Courses provide practical skills but do not replace hands-on experience or professional judgment
- No specific results, career advancement, or salary increases are warranted
- Cybersecurity knowledge must be used ethically and in compliance with applicable laws
- Students responsible for ensuring course content application complies with employer policies
- Individual success depends on prior knowledge, effort, and practical application
Limitation of Liability
- Services provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
- Maximum liability limited to course fees paid by the student
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- No liability for student misuse of security knowledge or techniques
- Force majeure events beyond our control exempt from liability claims
Professional Responsibility
Students assume full responsibility for ethical use of security knowledge. ssecureai is not liable for any misuse of techniques, tools, or information provided in educational contexts.
9. Termination
Termination by Student
- Students may terminate enrollment subject to refund policy outlined above
- Course access terminates immediately upon successful refund processing
- Downloaded materials must be deleted upon termination
- Partial completion certificates not available for terminated enrollments
Termination by ssecureai
- Immediate termination for violations of prohibited activities or academic integrity
- 30-day notice for non-payment or breach of terms
- Suspended access during investigation of policy violations
- No refund for terminations due to student misconduct
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all course access ends, downloaded materials must be deleted, and confidentiality obligations continue. Completed course segments and earned certificates remain valid regardless of termination reason.
10. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Mediation and Arbitration
- Disputes exceeding SGD 10,000 subject to mediation through Singapore International Mediation Centre
- Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules
- Arbitration conducted in English in Singapore by single arbitrator
- Small claims disputes may be pursued in Singapore courts
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to arbitration. International students agree to Singapore jurisdiction for all legal matters.
11. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and course-specific agreements, constitute the complete agreement between parties. Previous agreements or representations are superseded by these terms.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remains in full effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to become enforceable.
Assignment
Students may not transfer course enrollment or account access to third parties. ssecureai may assign these terms in connection with business transfers or reorganization.
Modifications
- Terms may be updated to reflect service changes or legal requirements
- Material changes require 30-day advance notice to enrolled students
- Continued use after notice period constitutes acceptance of modified terms
- Students who disagree with changes may terminate enrollment with pro-rated refund
